Özgür Önder, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2007. He received LLM education in Private Law at Yeditepe University Social Sciences Institute. Starting his career in the field of Private Law, Önder later worked as a lawyer at Arıkanlı Holding Group (Yurtiçi Cargo Service Inc.) for 5 years. Throughout his more than 15 years of legal career, he has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in many areas such as banking and finance law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, labor and social security law, and family law. He also provides consultancy services to companies.

He successfully passed the Mediation exams organized by the Mediation Department Presidency and earned the official mediator title with registration number 8087 affiliated with the Ministry of Justice Mediation Department Presidency.
