Gülden Karagöz Önder, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2006. She received LLM education in Private Law at Yeditepe University Social Sciences Institute. Starting her career in the field of Private Law, Önder later worked as a lawyer/legal consultant for 12 years at Enka Marketing Export Import Inc., which is a subsidiary of Enka Holding. Throughout her more than 15 years of legal career, she has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in many areas such as banking and finance law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, labor and social security law, corporate law, and personal data protection law. She also provides consultancy services to companies.

She successfully passed the Mediation exams organized by the Mediation Department Presidency and earned the official mediator title with registration number 10658 affiliated with the Ministry of Justice Mediation Department Presidency.
