Fatih Kıvanç TUNÇKOL, graduated from Marmara University Law Faculty in 2008. He began his career in private law, and in 2012, he commenced working at BSH Home Appliances Industry and Trade Inc. (Bosch Siemens) as a Lawyer/Legal Counsel/Contract Law Specialist for a period of 10 years. With over 14 years of legal experience, he has expertise in Corporate Law, Banking and Finance Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Consumer Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, among other areas. Leveraging the knowledge accumulated throughout his career, he provides consultancy services to companies.

Having successfully passed the Mediation exams organized by the Mediation Department, he has earned the official title of Mediator with registration number 10457 under the Ministry of Justice Mediation Department.
